Be a vendor at the Taikasaari Festival

We are looking for a variety of vendors for the Taikasaari Festival, including product, service, and food stalls.

We especially appreciate skilled craftsmanship, domestic materials and ingredients, and immersive services. In previous years, we've had, for example, a fortune teller, portrait artist, and face painters. In food vendors, we value quality and variety, and we hope to have a selection ranging from tapas and dinners to baked goods.

Taikasaari is a comprehensive experience, so when assigning booth locations, we take into account not only the products and services but also the visual appeal of the stall.

Taikasaari will take place at Hämeenlinna's City Park on Saturday, September 13th, from 16:00 to midnight. The event area is fully licensed, meaning the event has an age limit of 18+. Taikasaari will host a maximum of 2000 visitors, with a broad age range, the average age being around 40-50 years.

Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and lighting. Booths come with standard electricity, and vendors will have access to a break area away from the public space.

Prices:

Booth 3x3, including standard electricity: 70 €

Booth 5x5, including standard electricity: 90 €

Booth 5x5 + space for a refrigerated vehicle, including 3-phase power: 200 €

The vendor application period is open from March 4th to March 31st.

We will notify all applicants of our decisions by April 7th.
